We’ve introduced the option for you to show your booking engine banner image on guest confirmation emails.
This feature is not automatically enabled. If you would like it to be enabled for your property, please email email@example.com or contact your local office.
To upload or change a banner image for your booking engine (which can then be activated for guest confirmation emails), follow these steps when logged into your extranet:
Hover on the settings cog in the top right corner and click ‘Profile’ in the drop-down menu.
Click ‘Banner’ in the secondary menu and then click 'Browse'.
We recommend an image size of 1200 x 300 pixels.
Please note: the banner image on your booking engine and guest confirmation emails cannot be different. If you upload a new profile image, this will be used for both your booking engine and guest confirmation emails.
