The Instant Channel Manager mobile app now accepts ‘group account’ logins, allowing you to manage inventory, rates and bookings for all your properties from one login.
Previously, the app would only accept a ‘single account’ login, which meant that only one property could be managed at any one time. This update makes it quick and easy to switch between properties without ever leaving the app.
This update was released on 6 July 2016.
To manage multiple properties on the STAAH mobile app, you first need a ‘group account’ login. If you are unsure about this, please see the FAQs below or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Open the STAAH app, enter your pin and click ‘SIGN IN’.
Tap the ‘list’ icon (3 white lines) in the top left corner.
Select a property from the list.
How do I know whether I have a ‘group account’ or ‘single account’ login?
When you login to STAAH on your desktop or laptop computer, if you see a black area at the top with buttons for Home, Properties and Group Stats, you have a group login. If you see a white area at the top and an ‘Inventory Grid’ below, you have a single account login.
How can I get a ‘group account’ login?

I'm already using the app with a ‘single account’ login – how do I switch over to my ‘group account’ login?
You need to reset the app, which is really quick and easy to do. See our guide: How to reset your pin on the mobile app – it’s exactly the same process, just enter the ‘group account’ details when prompted for your username and password.
