WatchMyRate- Promote Direct Bookings
Tonton Nilai Saya is an add-on product that can be used in conjunction with STAAH ConvertDirect (Booking Engine). This product can be offered to STAH properties subscribing to ConvertDirect Dan STAAH Instan. It is a tool to help property drive more pemesanan langsung via their own website/ booking engine. Smart Pricing – New Discount type, Payment Options
The newest addition to discount type is Payment Options.
This discount type allows a property to reward a customer by paying at the time of booking. The incentive is, of course, a discount. It is, however, a requirement that the property has a payment gateway integrated with ConvertDirect booking engine. To find out more Click here.
STAAH MAX – Charge Card Now Available
We have developed a new feature that provides properties with the ability to manually Charge Credit Card directly in STAAH Instan extranet for bookings received from OTA. Payment will be processed via Payment Gateway. This feature is available to all properties that have subscribed to the Payment Gateway that supports the Charge Card feature. To know more Click here.
New Feature: STAAH INSTANT Airbnb Messaging Feature
Property subscribing to STAAH Instan and with Airbnb Content connection enabled us to have access to this new feature. Where is the messaging feature found? Instant > Bookings Module

STAAH MAX – Import Data
We have designed functionality that allows a property to data directly into MAX extranet. This gives the property the ability to add information into an excel sheet and load in MAX – opposed to manually updating in MAX extranet. To find more Click here.
