The Past and the Present
Ffort Raichak’s past glory has been captivating and rebuilding the experience required passion, and a love for history and architecture. Passionate about hospitality, it all came together in one of Ambuja Neotia Group’s most ambitious projects.
Raichak was developed into more than just a location by the beautiful Hooghly river. It was developed into a luxury getaway – a world of its own. This 100-acre integrated lifestyle destination comprises Ganga Kutir – a boutique resort, Anaya – spa by L’occitane, The Ffort Raichak – resort hotel, Country homes, Club Rio, Specialty restaurants, Footloose – sports bar and lounge and several activity zones. The fort, its history and surrounding ambience could not be wrapped up better.
The Right Tools
Raichak had the perfect ingredients when it came to location and a team that thrived in extending a world-class hospitality experience. Once restored, there was a need to increase the property’s distribution network in hopes of generating bookings from a diverse range of traveller markets. To do this, they needed to find the technology that would support the business without increasing the risk of overbooking the rooms.

The Right Results: Revenue Rises by 20%
In the last year that we’ve had STAAH, bookings are up and pendapatan has increased by almost 20%,” says Neetu. “We owe this success to our ability to connect with the right OTAs, convert the lookers into bookers and being smart with room rates.”
