• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP, IFRS & UK GAAP, Direct and Indirect taxation for the Company.
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements including SOX compliance readiness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory audits and tax filings.
• Manage intercompany transfer pricing.
• Oversee complex SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606/IFRS 15.
• Lead system implementations and upgrades (ERP, billing systems, reporting tools).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions
• CA with 10 years of exp, min. 5 years in Senior accounting leadership role.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting operations.
• Experience in M&A transactions and integration activities.
