Channel Manager Update

Group Revenue Report

What’s new?

The new ‘Group Revenue Report’ displays revenue, bookings, and room nights for selected properties. It is inclusive of website (Booking Engine) and central reservation system channels, focusing solely on OTA performance.

(NOTE: This feature is available only on STAAH Max)

How will it benefit the group of properties?

• Consolidated view of OTA performance metrics across properties.
• Focused analysis of critical OTA distribution channels.
• Ability to analyze data at group or individual property level.
• Identify top OTA channels for optimizing the distribution mix.
• Leverage OTA intelligence for revenue management and profitability.

How to generate this report?

Step 1: Login to Group

Step 2: Go to Reports

Step 3: Select Group Revenue Report

Step 4: Select all necessary details like dates, property, channels.

Step 5: Export Report

Availability and Rate Report

What’s new?

This reporting feature will allow downloading a CSV file containing data for single or multiple properties, including all availability and rate information types. This report will be accessible at the group level.

How will it benefit the group of properties?

• Centralized access to comprehensive data for all properties in your group
• Download detailed CSV files with rates, availability, and occupancy metrics
• Consistent data standardization for reliable cross-property comparisons

How to generate this report?

Step 1: Login to Group

Step 2: Go to Reports

Step 3: Select Availability and Rate Report

Step 4: Select all necessary details like dates, property, ARR options, report type.

Step 5: Click on Submit. It will take a couple of seconds to generate the report, for you to download.
