About the Group

Hotel Express Inn situated in Nashik, the grape city is the biggest property in Northern Maharashtra with a beautiful scenic view of Pandav–Leni Mountains. The hotel has an inventory of 197 well furbished rooms, 10,000 Sq. Ft Convention Centre, 4 Banquet Halls, a lounge and other recreational facilities for guests to enjoy.

They have recently introduced a new concept of “EVA” Floor, an exclusive designated floor with rooms to ensure the safety and comfort for Single Lady Traveler.  In these rooms, all the services are provided by only female attendants.

The group is recipients of many awards and accolades nationally and internationally including the prestigious award for “Global Winner For Luxury Business Hotel “by Luxury Travel Guide, in London.

ARMA revenue management course and it’s benefit

We learned about ARMA course from STAAH home page itself.

This has helped us in increasing revenue for the property and making right decisions in terms of pricing. The importance of REVPAR over ARR is well elaborated in all the modules. The example game based on real decision making was commendable. The strategies mentioned to forecast the demand and price point shifting has helped in accommodating demand for particular room category.
