Steps to Map Google Business Account with ReviewMinder
Step 1:– Login to the property’s ReviewMinder account and click on the “Google Advance” button. Refer highlighted area of the below screenshot.
Step 2:– Click on the “Sign-up” button. The below screenshot for the reference.
Step 3:– You need to select the property’s Google business account to link with our system.
Step 4:– To fetch the details from Google, you need to give necessary access by clicking on the “Continue” button. See the two screenshots below for reference.
Step 5:– After linking the Google business account, you will be redirected to our ReviewMinder system. There, choose the property from the drop down menu and click “Map” to link your Google property with the logged-in property. See the screenshot below for the same.
Step 6:– The reviews will appear in the feedback portal after the property mapping is done. The below screenshot for the reference.
Step 7:– Properties can also respond to Google reviews and this will happen in real time.
