We are looking out for serious and dedicated people who can work as Relationship Manager and give Customer Support for our products. As part of the relationship building, apart from being in touch with the clients through mails and phone calls, you would also be required to meet them at predefined frequency which can be mutually decided upon.
If you already have an experience with handling any Channel Management software or if you have worked with OTAs then we are looking for you. You need to be Tech savvy, have a fair exposure to the computer and the net, willing to and be able to learn a new software. Communication skill is a must have attribute. It would be nice if you also have some experience with customer handling in your previous job/ jobs.
