About the Role

We are looking for an experienced account manager with a solid knowledge of API connectivity to help grow and develop our existing and new connectivity partnerships, resulting in mutually beneficial results!


Primary Responsibilities

  • Be an integral part of our head office team at our Albany office.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts across our partners, understanding their goals and helping drive growth to achieve targets
  • Conduct quarterly partner business reviews, reporting on performance, monitoring satisfaction and gaining feedback
  • Contribute to the development roadmap of partner solutions
  • Assist in growing our new partnerships with efficient process'
  • Work closely with our technology team to ensure connectivity requirements and changes with current and new partners are managed and delivered efficiently
  • Contribute to the marketing for partner solutions

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in account management, preferably within the hospitality software industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships with partners, driving mutual benefit
  • A thorough understanding of API technology
  • A detailed and methodical approach with a keen interest in connectivity
  • Experience with all aspects of the Account management process, from creating account plans, conducting QBR’s and driving account growth
  • Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients
  • Established relationships with Senior executives within the travel technology industry, an advantage
