Kiki’s journey in hospitality and technology has been shaped by a deep understanding of both the people and the systems that power great guest experiences.
She began her career in the hospitality industry with an Online Travel Agency (OTA), where she spent almost six years building strong relationships with hotels and gaining valuable insights into market dynamics and distribution strategies.
Eager to expand her expertise, she moved to a Property Management System (PMS) company, where she further deepened her understanding of hotel operations and how technology can drive efficiency and growth. These experiences provided her with a well-rounded perspective on how hotels operate behind the scenes — from managing bookings to optimizing performance.
Joining STAAH was a natural next step for Kiki, allowing her to combine her industry knowledge and technical background to help hotels grow through innovative distribution technology.
